Setting goals & expectations is a collaborative process and clients are usually happiest when they know what’s going on.
After you submit an enquiry well jump on a discovery call to find out about your business.
During our discovery call, we’ll discuss your needs and offer possible solutions depending on your budget and goals.
This is then followed up by a 30 min – 1 hour call to gather required information to move the project forward.
After the contract is signed we’ll get started straight away.
Depending on the project, some back and forth may be required to get feedback and clarification if needed.
For ongoing marketing we’ll have periodic calls (usually monthly) & reporting to discuss progress.
Ongoing services such as annual web hosting, plugin and theme updates are all included in your annual package.
Ad hoc services such as editing images or texts, adding pages to your site, or more technical tasks can be requested by submitting a request through the website or via email.
The hourly rate is AUD$120. For more complex tasks or projects I can provide you with a quote.
You’ll also have access to video tutorials on how to make basic changes such as editing text or images and adding pages.
