Mapping the customer journey is where I begin. By the time they land on you website they are looking for information on how to solve a problem they have. This includes, not only information about your services, but about your brand, your credibility… They need to see if you are professional and trustworthy to solve their problem.
By understanding their journey, I break it up into stages.
Then we can craft a strategy to address their concerns, questions at each stage of their decision making journey. Part of any good website is to educate, offer a solutions to help them solve their problem. My job is to present you as the expert and guide your potential customers to take action by reaching out to you.

Planning and wire framing will consist of using this information to create an outline of the customer journey into wire frames
I’ll prepare a few home page designs based on the wire frames and our previous discussions around design ideas.

It’s a collaborative process, so we’ll be going back and forth a few times.
Throughout the design process, you’ll get 3 revisions.
Once you’re happy with the website and have approved the final design, it’s time to launch.
